Last year arrived softly, like sunlight moving through the trees, warming my chest and holding my heart with tenderness. In that season, I wrote a love letter to someone who felt beyond words, someone whose understanding reached me in ways I could not fully explain.

I entered the year carried by emotion and openness, unaware that love would shift the way I saw the world. It felt both unfamiliar and deeply known, revealing itself through conversations, fleeting glances, friendships, and lovers. Through it, I began moving through people with greater curiosity and care.

That love also opened something within me. It guided me toward deeper understanding, toward learning, toward the quiet mysteries woven through life itself. I found myself drawn to plants, healing, and the unseen connections that shape our inner worlds. Curiosity became its own kind of devotion, leading me further inward and outward at once.

As the year changed, many truths revealed themselves, but one remained clear above all else: while this love may have begun with him, it continues within me. It was never something I could lose, because it had already become part of who I am. And now, with softer eyes and a more open heart, I feel myself stepping toward a life that feels freer, deeper, and more aligned.
